Development history

     The company was established in 2000. Our main activities were sales, implementation and service maintenance of copying and printing equipment. Within the next few years the business had been lead to professional level due to certified training courses for sales department specialists and service engineers and gained experience.

     With the course of time the product range which our company offered to customers have been extending permanently, our specialist level have been advancing and relationship with world-known IT-producers and software developers have been strengthening. HP, Dell, Microsoft, Xerox, Ricoh, Brother, Kodak become our strategic partners.

     In recent years of development we have realized that up-to-date business increasingly requires from companies to concentrate on their main activities while specialized firms which have required experience and professionalism are engaged to face other challanges. One of the key business trends in IT-market became the following: demand removes to unified services which includes business and IT consulting, hardware and software platform supply, installation, implementation, training programs and maintenance.

     In the end of 2008 there was decided by the Board Resolution to invent a new brand for its activities - IT-Solutions. This step inaugurated a new stage of business development which became an answer on occuring changes in our client business.

     The new brand, IT-Solutions, says about our efforts to offer our customers unified services which will allow them to increase competitive advantages by new informational technologies implementation.

     The renovated logo simbolized our company and the client movement ahead to success by permanent development and advancing of our solutions.

     Nowdays we are a team of 30 qualified and experienced IT-specialists. Annual business growth was more than 50% during last 3 years. Our key customers are as ministries so the leading banks of Ukraine.
